Hypnotherapy for Pain *
Hypnotherapy offers a supportive approach to pain management by helping you reframe your experience of pain and reduce its intensity. Through deep relaxation and focused techniques, sessions can help release emotional tension and support your body’s natural healing processes in a safe and effective way.
Bespoke Hypnotherapy
Every client is unique. I offer bespoke hypnotherapy programmes tailored to your individual needs and goals. If you are seeking support for something not listed above, please get in touch to discuss how I can help.
* Hypnotherapy for pain is used to support clients experiencing hormonally related conditions, including Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS), Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), endometriosis, perimenopause and menopause-related pain, as well as migraines. This approach focuses on helping you manage and reduce the perception of pain, while supporting emotional wellbeing and overall balance. A formal diagnosis from your GP is required prior to treatment and in some cases, a GP referral may also be necessary.
