I help women over 30 balance their hormones and symptoms such as irregular cycles, fatigue, weight gain and sleep changes.

If you’ve been feeling out of sync — tired, anxious and emotional, forgetful and foggy, or frustrated with weight changes that don’t seem to shift— you’re not alone. Hormonal shifts in your late 30s, 40s and beyond can deeply affect your physical and emotional wellbeing. Having gone through my own personal journey with fibroids, miscarriages, pre-post birth challenges and perimenopause, I understand that hormone imbalance can have a significant impact on a woman's life. That's why I am dedicated to providing personalised health coaching to help women navigate through these challenges.

    My online nutrition and health coaching is delivered through my plans. My plans are specifically for women experiencing symptoms from hormone, menstrual, fertility, perimenopause or menopause. Hormonal imbalance can give you unpleasant symptoms such as fatigue, mood swings, irregular periods, headaches, skin changes, weight gain, bowel changes and hot flushes. My health coaching approach is holistic and looks at enhancing nutritional balance and lifestyle factors to minimise symptoms and improve quality of life.

    Clinical Hypnotherapy

    Supporting clients in both the body and the mind, I work as a online Clinical Hypnotherapist in the areas of fertility, perimenopause, menopause, pain, anxiety and mindfulness. Sometimes we find that beliefs and emotions in our unconscious minds can actually stand in the way of what we want to achieve. Hypnotherapy can help you adopt helpful new beliefs with positive suggestions and let go of the some thoughts and emotions which are holding you back.

    As a women’s health coach, I offer bespoke in-person workshops  tailored to the unique needs of charities and organisations as well as live online workshops. These sessions are designed to support women’s well-being, addressing topics such as hormonal health, perimenopause  and menopause, stress management and wellness for parents with children on the neurodiversity pathway. I offer bespoke packages on request.
