My online Women's Wellness Plan is for those women that want to create balance and wellness in their life. If you are suffering from fatigue, tiredness, mood swings, loss of direction and want to put the spring back in your step, then this plan is for you. I believe in taking a holistic approach to health, considering not only the lifestyle factors but also the emotional and physical aspects to maintain good health. During our coaching sessions, we will work together to create a tailored plan that suits your unique needs and goals. As a trained Life Coach I also include a session of life coaching in this plan to help discuss goals and aspirations in more detail.
